When you're not working

What's covered in case you're sick?

We pay you if you're ill and can't work anymore during at least 7 consecutive days.

Up to 15 days

€35 per day fixed benefit

Eligibility rules

There are some rules to respect in order to be paid in case of sickness.

You need a doctor's certificate

You must have delivered at least 30 orders in the last 8 weeks

No more than 2 claims in a 12-month period

You must be affiliated with the social security system

What if you become a parent?

You'll receive a financial benefit as a result of becoming a new parent.

Up to €1,000 to cater for urgent expenses following the event of a childbirth, adoption or stillbirth.

Eligibility rules

You must have been collaborating with Deliveroo for at least 9 months prior to the event date

You must have completed at least 200 orders in the 6 months prior to the event date

No more than 1 claim in a 12-month period

What's covered in case of jury duty?

We compensate you if you're summoned to be part of a jury that prevents you from working.

€500 compensation

Eligibility rules

There are some rules to respect in order to be paid in case of jury duty.

You must have received a court summons

You must have received it after the start of your insurance period

You did not ask to postpone the date of the summons

You must have made a minimum of 30 deliveries in the 8 weeks prior to the assignment date
