You are covered for up to one hour after being logged in on the Rider app for your shift

Sickness

We pay €35 per day fixed benefit

To be eligible, the following conditions apply

✔︎ You need a doctor's certificate

✔︎ You must have delivered at least 30 orders in the past 8 weeks

✔︎ You cannot make more than 2 claims in a 12-month period

You are not covered

In case of diseases with pre-existing conditions

If you are a substitute

If the sickness the result of professional harassment and burn-out

New parents

We pay up to €1,000 to cater for urgent expenses

To be eligible, you need to respect the following conditions:

✔︎ Your current contract with Deliveroo must have been in force for at least 41 weeks from the date of the event

✔︎ You must have completed at least 60 orders in the 6 months prior to the event date
