You must have been logged in at least 1 hour before the accident
We pay you if you're ill and can't work for at least 8 consecutive days.
We pay €35 per day fixed benefit
As soon as you are unable to work for 8 consecutive days as a result of an illness, we will pay retroactively from the 1st day to the last day of incapacity, up to a maximum of 15 days, i.e. a total amount of €525.
This coverage also applies to mental illness and musculoskeletal diseases.
To be eligible, the following conditions apply
✔︎ You need a doctor's certificate
✔︎ You must have delivered at least 30 orders in the past 8 weeks
✔︎ You cannot make more than 2 claims in a 12-month period

If you are ill because of covid or another pandemic

A substitute is someone who rides on behalf of a Deliveroo rider
For back problems
You receive a financial benefit as a result of becoming a new parent.
We pay up to €1,000 to cater for urgent expenses
Following the even of a childbirth, adoption or stillbirth.
To be eligible, you need to respect the following conditions:
✔︎ You must have been collaborating with Deliveroo for at least 41 weeks prior to the event date
✔︎ You must have completed at least 200 orders in the 6 months prior to the event date
✔︎ If you're the mother, you must have completed at least 60 orders in the 6 months prior to the event date
The mother of the child must meet both conditions (this and the previous one) to be eligible for coverage.
